Dear colleagues,
MIGZ (Minimally Invasive Gynecology Zadar) and MIS Leuven (Minimally invasive surgery) are organising a standardised GESEA Training Course and Certification.
Through intensive three days, the Course will provide insights and training with a focus on hands-on practice on STORZ training stations.
The chief mentor for the Course, Istvan Argay is a globally known master in endoscopic suturing who leads MIS Academy, STORZ and ESGE gynaecological suturing courses.
For the hysteroscopy part we are welcoming Ursula Catena, ESGE Full Executive Board Member and Chair of the ESGE Special Interest Group “Hysteroscopy” from Gemelli hospital, Rome.
Together with mentors from MIGZ: Frane Markulić – winner off the ESGE suturing competition and Luka Matak – master in V-notes and MIS surgery, the course will cover all the basics and advanced tips and tricks to accomplish the GESEA certification that will be held on the third day of the Course after intensive practical training (HYST, SUTT and LASTT exams).
The venue will be near the the beautiful historic centre of Zadar in the General Hospital with summer weather and a rich social programme.
